No elevator access!!! Noise from thin walls and a claustrophobic layout with small windows!!! Maintenance issues such as broken safes and limited room storage space!!!

The location near the Vatican was perfect, allowing easy access to local pizzerias. The breakfast was served at the table, providing a unique touch, although the selection was initially small, refills were promptly offered. The staff's politeness stood out, particularly when arranging our airport transfer. Leaving luggage after check-out was hassle-free.

Request a room away from the courtyard for better sound insulation. it can become noisy at night.

The Hotel Vespasiano beautifully combines modern decor with classic Italian style. I found it very accessible, with cozy common areas that are perfect for relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

The Double Room was clean and well-maintained, which was a huge plus. The air conditioning worked great, keeping the room nice and cool. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, but I noticed some basic amenities were missing, which was a bit of a letdown. Also, the window to the courtyard was on the small side, but I guess that’s typical for older buildings in Rome.

The hotel offered a clean and comfortable double room with all promised amenities. Its location is fantastic, situated just two minutes from the Vatican and a metro station. The staff was very friendly and provided helpful recommendations for sightseeing and dining. Breakfast was delicious, featuring freshly baked pastries and a good selection of beverages, perfect for fueling a day of exploring the city.

The heating in the bathroom was inadequate and the air conditioning filters required maintenance.
